HealthCare Trip Response To Complaints
HealthCare Trip encourages all patients and consumers to initially file a complaint with the actual leaders of a healthcare tourism organization. Only complaints that cannot be resolved with the organization itself should be file with our organization. Our investigation process begins with retrieiving full details on the incident. Next, we will review the organization's history of complaints and then make a final decision on the complaint.
Actions HealthCare Trip Will Take
- Whenever patient safety or hazardous conditions are found, we will provide the organization with a written formal letter with our findings. We may request the organization ask the health care organization to provide a written response to the complaint.
- HealthCare Trip may input the complaint into our quality monitoring database to track the quality of healthcare tourism organizations over extended periods of time.
